Overview

At PRFRM, our subscription program is designed to keep you stocked on your favourite performance supplements — automatically, at a better price. This policy outlines everything you need to know about managing your subscription.

Available Subscription Products

The following products are available as subscriptions:

  • Creatine Gummies
  • Pre-Workout Gummies
  • Shilajit Gummies
  • The PRFRM Value Bundle

Billing & Payments

  • Your subscription will be billed automatically on your chosen frequency (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days).
  • Payment is charged to the card on file at the time of each renewal.
  • You will receive an email notification before each upcoming charge.
  • All prices are in CAD.

Shipping

  • Subscriptions ship to Canadian addresses.
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of your billing date.
  • Shipping rates and carriers may vary based on your location.

Modifying Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time through your customer account, including:

  • Skipping an upcoming order
  • Pausing your subscription
  • Changing your delivery frequency
  • Swapping your product or variant
  • Updating your shipping address or payment method

Changes must be made before your next billing date to take effect on that cycle.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account — no questions asked.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for that cycle.
  • Once an order has been processed and payment collected, it cannot be cancelled or refunded for that cycle.

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of consumable supplement products, opened items are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
  • Refund requests can be submitted at [your support email].

Pausing Your Subscription

  • You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months through your account portal.
  • Your subscription will automatically resume after the pause period ends.
